Abstract
Institutions continue to struggle with faculty adjusting to technological change. East Tennessee State University has responded to this opportunity by creating the Faculty Technology Leadership Program. This transformational and proactive approach supports mainstream faculty as they become technology leaders and mentors. We will describe the FTL program, research, students, pedagogical methods, curriculum, and outcomes.
