“Change management” refers to the business practices and procedures that address the human and cultural aspects of organizational change. Change management runs concurrently with the programmatic change that it complements, and the process can range from a relatively informal approach to a highly structured framework. Change management provides a structure for including everyone affected, regardless of their attitude about the change.
